We Know Snow
By Mike McClanahan / October 25, 2022

For the second consecutive year, Colorado has seen exceptionally mild fall weather. Even the foothills have been spared all but occasional light dustings of snow. And while mid-October is the Denver area’s average for the first snow of the season, if you’ve been here any length of time, you know there’s nothing average about Colorado weather. It can be 75° one day and dump a foot of snow a couple of days later.

Will you be ready when the heavy snow falls?

Get a leg (or a plow) up on the season by giving your fleet a thorough inspection before it needs to be pressed into service. Everything from plows to hydraulics to tires need to be in good winter condition, as well as the truck itself. All it takes is for one thing to be damaged or broken for your truck to be stuck in the shop while your competitors are out the cashing in on the “white gold.”

Beat the rush

Don’t dawdle. Procrastinators swamp parts and repair departments when the heavy stuff hits, and while shipping delays and parts shortages are better this year, they’re still out there. Let the other guys wait while you get while you get the parts and service you need.

We know snow (and ice)

From pickups to snowblowers, O.J. Watson Equipment can service, repair, and replace snow and ice removal parts and equipment to give you a head start on the coming winter weather. We stock the parts you need to keep your trucks on the job and on the road. Our suppliers are the most trusted brands in the business, and since we build custom trucks, we have more brands and varieties of parts available than other dealers.

If you want to upgrade your existing equipment, our expert designers and installers can build custom racks, cab guards, saddlebags, or any other addition or modification to make your truck—or your entire fleet—a perfect fit for your seasonal needs. We also retrofit and repurpose existing work trucks and can equip any truck with multiple attachments for maximum efficiency and ROI.

Plus, with 20 mechanics on the floor in the Denver shop and 10 more in Greeley, we’re ready to keep your trucks performing at their best with minimal down time.
